To create a model Ahimsa Centre from where numerous people can take inspiration to nurture love and bonding with animals.
Innumerable animals are killed for food, clothing, entertainment, and experimentation every year. The goal of our Animal Care initiative is to create a model Ahimsa Centre that provides relief through medical care, shelter, and protection, and fosters a bond of love with animals.

Ramu Baraf, a resident of Pindval, a small hamlet in Dharampur taluka of South Gujarat received cattle for farming as a part of the Shrimad Rajchandra Cattle Rehabilitation Programme. This brought about a transformation in his efforts to earn a livelihood for his family through his only source of income – farming. Ramu expresses his thoughts, “The cattle provided by Shrimad Rajchandra Jivamaitridham has benefitted me immensely. We had no cattle of our own for farming and used to spend Rs 250 – 300 for hiring labour to plough the field. This was not an economically viable model. The gift of cattle brought about a drastic change in our fortunes as we have benefitted from higher productivity at significantly lower costs. At the same time, the volunteers from Shrimad Rajchandra Mobile Veterinary visit us periodically to provide free medical check-up and treatment to our cattle, which further helps us to maintain cattle in good health and reduces expenditure on their medical treatment”
