Shrimad Rajchandra Mobile Veterinary provides preventive, first-aid and medical treatment to animals. A team comprising a veterinary doctor and some helpers, travel to remote villages and care for sick and injured animals.
In the remote interiors of South Gujarat, medical facilities for livestock are often costly and substandard. In addition, many farmers are unaware of preventive measures such as vaccination and de-worming and do not provide nutritional fodder to their cattle. As a result, the cattle become weak and fall prey to various diseases.
Shrimad Rajchandra Mobile Veterinary provides quality medical care to animals in rural areas of South Gujarat by traveling to remote villages and providing them with treatment. The facilities we provide include vaccination, deworming, nutritional supplements, hormone therapy and also perform minor surgeries. In the case of major surgery requirements, the animal is referred to and transported to a bigger animal hospital in the town.
In addition to these activities in South Gujarat, we have also helped The Bombay Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (BSPCA), the largest animal hospital in Mumbai, with its various initiatives by providing them a specialised ambulance to rescue large animals.
