A group of excited children joined the Shrimad Rajchandra Animal Helpline team for a day-long learning experience, where they traveled across the suburbs of Mumbai, observing how medical care was given to injured animals and birds!
Upon arriving at the site of any reported injury, the children spent time with the trained medical staff to understand the diagnosis of the animal’s injury and treatment plan. They also engaged with those who called the Helpline and were present on-site, offering them a small gift as a token of love and appreciating their compassion towards animals!
Through this initiative, children had the chance to witness the reality of how stray animals and birds are treated, and also deepen their bond of love and empathy with animals!
