Vaidehi Solanki has proved that with determination and a thirst for learning, one can achieve anything! Despite financial constraints and no access to higher education, Vaidehi nurtured a passion for electrical work – and pursuing it further, enrolled in the Assistant Electrician course at Shrimad Rajchandra Skill Development Centre.
Vaidehi found support and encouragement from her peers and despite initial challenges in communication and personality development, she flourished. Through the 440-hour course, Vaidehi received comprehensive training in wiring techniques, electrical systems and fitting of household electrical appliances.
Equipped with these skills, Vaidehi is now an electrical trainer in schools under the Shrimad Rajchandra Educational Outreach programme and a vital breadwinner for her family!
