Supporting refugees in need in Phoenix

Over the last few year, several refugees from places across the world have fled to the US in order to escape danger and seek peace and protection. Volunteers from the Phoenix Centre have been conducting various activities to support these refugee families and help them integrate into American society.

The Centre has partnered with WTAP (Welcome to America Project), an NGO that supports refugee families. WTAP organised a clothing pop-up shop for refugees and volunteers from the Phoenix centre supported the initiative by unloading clothes from the truck, setting up the shop and providing customer service to the refugee families.
