Spreading the Shrimad Rajchandra Grow Green Drive across India, the Raipur centre organised a tree plantation event at Jainam Manas Samiti Bhavan, a recreational centre located in the city. Over 190 flowering trees, between 6-8 feet in height, were lovingly planted by the volunteers along the boundaries of the centre. Different varieties of trees, each of which will blossom in different seasons, were named after inspiring virtues such as peace and love. To ensure sustainability and to protect the trees, cemented tree guards were also arranged. This initiative helped extend care to the environment, and also increased the greenery and beauty of the locality!
