The Consolidated Community Development Programme promotes holistic socio-economic upliftment in rural communities through a three-step approach: Connect, Understand, and Empower. Volunteers establish trust within each village, engage with residents to understand their needs, and develop tailored plans to empower key community members: local leaders, farmers, women, and youth.
Village leaders, including Sarpanches, receive training to enhance their management skills and develop comprehensive Gram Panchayat Plans. Through Participatory Rural Appraisals, other residents are actively involved in village development.
Farmers benefit from market connections, crop cultivation guidance, and improved farming techniques. Women receive financial and digital literacy training, skills in sustainable crafts like bag-making, and support in creating organic kitchen gardens to improve family health and self-reliance.
Youth development is prioritised through career sessions, entrepreneurship training, and recreational activities to build essential life skills. The program also connects villagers with government welfare programs and ensures access to Shrimad Rajchandra Love and Care’s 10-Care initiatives.
Initially working with 3 villages, this programme now supports over 50,000 people across 12 villages, inspiring a vision for nationwide expansion. This initiative fosters community transformation, empowering individuals to create a sustainable future through a compassionate, grassroots approach.
