Shrimad Rajchandra Gurukul enlists under the National Cadet Corps (NCC)

Shrimad Rajchandra Gurukul is now enlisted under the National Cadet Corps (NCC), the youth wing of the Indian Armed Forces and largest uniformed youth organisation in India. Students in the 9th and 10th standard of Shrimad Rajchandra Gurukul are now eligible to qualify for the ‘A’ Certificate or first level of training under NCC.

Food distribution at a healthcare centre in Mumbai

Volunteers in Mumbai distributed ration kits at Shahajinagar Urban Health Centre, Mumbai in an effort to offer relief to patients suffering from tuberculosis. Volunteers were grateful to receive the opportunity of offering service and spreading smiles amongst patients in need. This drive was done with support from the BMC.

Celebrating Women’s Day through Empowerment

Shrimad Rajchandra Love and Care celebrated Women’s Day by organising special events across Mumbai for the lesser privileged women. In Navi Mumbai and Ghatkopar, participants enjoyed games, guided meditation and dancing. In Goregaon, women enthusiastically engaged in a bag-making session.

Local faith representatives, councillors and residents came together on Sunday Evening, 6th March 2022 – at the Shrimad Rajchandra Mission Dharampur London Spiritual Centre in a Vigil for Peace, praying for the safety and strength of all those impacted in the devastating events currently taking place in parts of Eastern Europe!
