In various cities across India, volunteers from Shrimad Rajchandra Love and Care have dedicated themselves to easing hunger issues. Hot meals and water bottles were distributed to those in need in Chennai, while food packets were distributed across multiple areas of Vadodara. In Pune, homeless individuals and the children of labourers were provided with freshly cooked meals. These compassionate efforts under the Hunger Relief project have offered vital support and nourishment to those facing hardship, fostering a sense of hope and compassion.
Shrimad Rajchandra Love and Care volunteers from Sydney exhibited their compassionate dedication by extending support to the needy. They distributed hot meals, fresh vegetables, and fruits to homeless individuals, alongside preparing and distributing 107 meals, including pasta, couscous, and fried rice, to the Dignity Foundation. These initiatives have benefitted the community by offering essential nourishment and support to those in need.
Shrimad Rajchandra Ashram hosted a pivotal 3-day training programme for over 75 state coordinators of the Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya (KGBV) schools – a set of residential girls’ secondary schools by the Government of India for girls from tribal and other underprivileged sections of society.
In North America, Shrimad Rajchandra Love and Care centers in Atlanta, Austin, Cherry Hill, Chicago, Dallas, Edison, Indianapolis, Long Island, Los Angeles, Parsippany, San Diego, San Francisco, Toronto, and Washington, conducted a series of hunger relief initiatives.
