A young boy gets the right treatment to overcome health complications

Yash Ahir has an incredible story of perseverance and strength. At the age of just 10 months, his parents noticed that he was unable to walk, stand or even crawl without support. Despite undergoing physiotherapy for several years, Yash showed no improvement. At the age of 8, during an orthopaedic camp at Shrimad Rajchandra Hospital, Yash was diagnosed with cerebral palsy. After undergoing 3 successful surgeries at the hospital, he was recommended regular physiotherapy.

A youth in his prime can now fulfil his dreams!

Harsh Pande, a resident of Uplat village of Maharashtra had met with a serious accident at the age of seven and suffered a fracture on his right leg. Despite multiple operations, his leg remained deformed, making him unable to walk properly. Harsh was brought to Shrimad Rajchandra Hospital, where he was promptly operated. An external fixator was used for the correction of his deformity. With this corrective surgery and gradual physiotherapy, Harsh is now able to walk without any support!

Hemalatta, a 29 year old woman from rural Gujarat, is a successful entrepreneur who currently runs her own catering business along with her husband. Just a few years ago, this was a far-away dream for her, and in order to make it a reality, she enrolled in the Shrimad Rajchandra Mahila Gruha Udyog, where rural women are trained in various crafts and get access to employment opportunities.

A story of a rural youth realising his entrepreneurial ambitions

Jaydeep Patel, a youth from Dharampur, Gujarat had completed only his 12th standard exam and was keen on building his own career path, instead of choosing a routine job. Driven by his passion to venture on his own, he enrolled in the Mobile Repairing Course at Shrimad Rajchandra Skill Development Centre, an institution where less privileged youth like Jaydeep receive vocational and soft skills training at no cost.

Early intervention provides a new lease to a young life

Young Kunj was admitted to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Shrimad Rajchandra Hospital after displaying a delayed cry at birth. After being nursed back to health, Kunj gradually started facing developmental delays. At the age of 2, he was admitted to Shrimad Rajchandra Viklang Centre (SRVC) and was diagnosed with cerebral palsy and integration issues.
