Nourishing Communities - North America Initiatives

Centres of Shrimad Rajchandra Love and Care across North America undertook impactful hunger relief initiatives, benefitting over 1,14,000 individuals through sustained efforts and collective service.

Long Island:
Weekly distribution drives in July and September ensured consistent food support through donated bagels, reaching diverse beneficiary groups. A large-scale humanitarian effort further saw global volunteers come together to prepare and hand-pack 100,000 oatmeal meals, benefitting 1,04,730 individuals.

San Diego:
Volunteers repacked essential food items including rice, beans, peanut butter, and granola bars, which were donated to Interfaith Community Services, supporting individuals and families in need.

Atlanta:
A dedicated SEVA initiative brought volunteers together to pack and distribute food supplies through partners such as Gwinnett County Schools and North Fulton Community Charities, benefitting over 8,300 individuals.

Austin:
Volunteers contributed through multiple initiatives like collecting food supplies, preparing sandwiches and meal packs, and supporting children at Texas Baptist Children’s Home, benefitting over 800 individuals.

Together, these initiatives reflect the strength of collective effort, bringing nourishment, dignity, and hope to communities in need.
