
On 26th September 2025, commencing the 60 th Birth Anniversary Celebrations of Pujya Gurudevshri, Shrimad Rajchandra Skill Development Centre hosted the Mega Job Fair 2025 at the Ashram, drawing over 1400 registrations from diverse backgrounds – ranging from post-graduates, graduates to engineers, diploma holders, ITI graduates with a significant number of them being first-time job aspirants. Youth from Dharampur, Vansda, Chikhli, Kaprada, and even distant towns like Surat, Navsari, Umargam, and Bhilad registered for the fair. The dignitaries at the event included Shri Rajeshbhai Patel – Prant Officer, Dharampur, and Dr. Rajeshri Tandel – District Education Officer, Valsad.
Over 20 leading companies such as Alkem Laboratories Ltd, Balaji Wafers, Blue Star Ltd., Hubergroup, Manjushree Technopak Ltd., Meril Life Sciences, Navneet Education Limited, Nilkamal Ltd., Prince Pipes and Fittings Ltd., RR Kabel Ltd., Wellknown Polyesters Ltd.; conducted on-site interviews representing sectors as diverse as FMCG, healthcare, plastics, engineering, chemicals, education, textiles, packaging and lifestyle. Over 700 job offers were made in a single day, making the event a grand success!
More than just a placement drive, this initiative created a platform where education met opportunity, aspirations met action, and countless young lives were given a chance to step confidently into the future! Candidates discovered pathways to meaningful careers, while industry leaders were highly impressed. Mr. Gaurang Raval – Senior Manager, Hubergroup shared, “In my career spanning 29 years in the Human Resource function having attended several such events, this job fair was special and I have not seen such an arrangement and planning before! What was always found missing in other job fairs, this Mega Job Fair provided us with all that we needed. The event has become a bridge between industry and skilled youth; providing companies with candidates and the youth with hope for a better life.”
