With the goal of making science an experiential and fun journey, Shrimad Rajchandra Gurukul hosted the annual Shala Vikas Sankul (SVS), a taluka-level Science and Mathematics exhibition.
Organised by the Gujarat Council of Educational Research and Training (GCERT) and District Education Office (DEO), the event saw participation from 1,400 students across 48 secondary and higher secondary schools in the Dharampur taluka.
The exhibition’s theme was ‘Technology and Toys’, for which students submitted creative projects on topics such as communication technology and environmental conservation. Selected submissions received an award from the panel of judges, while all participating students received a certificate.
Similarly, an in-house science fair, ‘Abhivyakti’ was organised for students and alumni of Shrimad Rajchandra Vidyapeeth, providing them a platform to showcase their scientific knowledge and improve communication skills. Over 250 students participated and presentations were made on interesting innovations in various fields of science.
Prizes were given for the best presentations across different categories and winners were presented with trophies, while all participants were received certificates for their effort.
Through such initiatives, Shrimad Rajchandra Love and Care continues to promote holistic and hands-on learning.
