Hunger Relief Initiatives in North America

Across North America, Shrimad Rajchandra Love and Care volunteers continue to serve with compassion and dedication, ensuring that no one goes hungry.

In Atlanta, volunteers packed over 5,000 pounds of rice and beans into one-pound bags. These were distributed through trusted partners such as Gwinnett County Schools, NFCC, Meals by Grace, and New Bethel Church – reflecting teamwork, empathy, and selfless service.

In Austin, volunteers collected over 285 pounds of non-perishable food, prepared 120 peanut-butter-and-jam sandwiches, and delivered 100 breakfast packs to the Austin Resource Centre for the Homeless. Every Wednesday, they also provide lunch packs to children at the Texas Baptist Children’s Home, bringing warmth and care to young hearts.

In Cherry Hill, volunteers cooked and distributed a wholesome Jain Italian-Indian meal in Atlantic City after a 14-hour round trip — a true act of devotion.

In Long Island, over 3,800 bagels and 690 sandwiches were prepared and distributed across numerous local organisations.

In Parsippany, 90 Jain bagels were donated to Market Street Mission, while in San Diego, volunteers provided 160 pounds of rice, beans, and sandwiches to local shelters, spreading nourishment and hope throughout their communities.
