Elwood Park in New York witnessed a thriving Earth Day celebration led by volunteers of the New York centre, engaging in a collective push towards environmental well-being.
Following a recent storm, the community demonstrated resilience by planting 30 saplings and sowing 3,000 square feet of wildflowers. Eminent dignitaries, including Legislator Stephanie Bontempi and Councilman Salvatore Ferro, endorsed the event, highlighting Elwood’s commitment to environmental preservation.
