Diwali celebrations with the less-privileged in Singapore and Surat

Diwali was an occasion for volunteers to spread cheer in the lives of the less-privileged children and the elderly across cities. To celebrate this festive occasion, volunteers in Singapore visited the Lions Home for the Elders to celebrate the birthdays of 15 residents. The volunteers brought birthday cake, snacks, and gifts. To mark the occasion of Diwali, volunteers decorated the floor with rangoli, made mehendi designs for the residents, as well as danced for the residents.

In another initiative, volunteers from Surat centre distributed snacks and sweets to more than 500 less-privileged children across different localities.
