Animal Care initiatives during the Global Youth Festival 2022

The animal-related volunteering initiatives during the Global Youth Festival helped create a strong bond of love between the youth and animals!

Youth got an opportunity to feed the animals sheltered at Shrimad Rajchandra Jivamaitridham, as well as re-paint and refurbish the animal abode. At Shrimad Rajchandra Animal Nursing Home, they witnessed several kinds of animals receive high-quality medical care and assisted the veterinary doctors.

Participants also helped deworm goats, received training for first aid for animals, and helped in the hygiene and cleanup of animals pre and post treatment.

These activities increased the youth’s sensitivity and sense of responsibility towards animals.
