This December, thousands of youth from 20+ countries will cycle for a cause in the Global Youth Festival 2023: Cyclothon Edition at Shrimad Rajchandra Ashram, Dharampur, located in Gujarat, India.

The purpose behind every push of the pedal is to provide free bicycles to the neediest tribal population of the Dharampur, Kaprada and nearby districts. This will not only give them mobility, but it will transform their lives and their futures. This initiative will give them the ability to easily commute for essential daily tasks and employment. Many of them often walk dozens of kilometers every day in the searing heat for work, daily chores, or essential medical care. We aim to solve this. Let's transform rural India, one bike at a time!

Moreover, we are working towards a shared goal of community outreach and upliftment. Each participant of the festival will raise funds for a minimum of two bicycles to the villagers of these impoverished communities. This will include the bicycle they will ride during the cyclothon and additional bicycle(s). All funds raised will go towards this cause and prudent humanitarian activities under Shrimad Rajchandra Love and Care for the empowerment of the tribal communities of rural India.

More than 3000 young riders will cycle through the vast farmlands of Dharampur, venturing into remote villages for an immersive outreach experience that will uplift these underserved regions. They will assist in medicine dispensation, village beautification, and agricultural assistance, to name a few initiatives.
