Problem
1 in 2 Bangalorean patients are suffocating. By April 29th, 45% of covid victims were starved of liquid oxygen. On April 30th, the remaining oxygen depleted further; the cases rose by 10%;. You do the math.

Solution
Entrepreneurs Organization (EO), Bangalore chapter is leading an effort to mobilise resources to meet the demand of beds with oxygen supply to treat COVID-19 patients and help them recover early. We intend to repurpose the boarding rooms of Canadian International School (CIS) and convert it into a 120 bed oxygen center. CIS has offered their facility on a not-for-profit basis as part of their contribution to the cause. We are in advanced level talks with hospitals to take over and run this facility. Their medical professionals need your support. It costs, at the bare minimum, Rs 1 lakh to set up one oxygen bed with consumables. As part of phase 1, we intend to equip 100 beds in the shortest possible time to meet the current demands. Once we surpass this goal, plans for phase 2 will be in supporting the costs needed to scale this infrastructure to 120 beds and do more to meet the demands of other COVID-19 hospitals in need of oxygen.

Your contribution will go towards savings lives by funding the purchase of oxygen concentrators, oxygen cylinders and NIVs (non-invasive ventilators) and associated accessories and consumables.  By equipping existing beds and creating new beds to provide essential oxygen and treatment to COVID-19 patients, you are donating oxygen to those in need. When they need it.
