As the entire world has been hit hard by the COVID-19 pandemic, the number of cases and deaths in USA and India continue to rise. Hunger and malnutrition are rampant, especially amongst daily wagers in India. Shortage of PPE kits and medical supplies is limiting the ability of front liners to keep the population safe.

As you might know, I volunteer for Shrimad Rajchandra Love and Care (SRLC) charity, a 501-c3 non-profit organization that offers service and brings joy to the lives of the underserved sections of society. In USA, SRLC has touched more than 25,000 lives across 24 cities, donated 15,000 lbs. of food, raised over $80,000 and much more.

In response to the crisis in India, SRLC has launched a number of initiatives to help migrant workers, daily wagers, health care workers and front liners like policemen. SRLC has served over 2 million meals, delivered over 2 million masks, provided thousands of PPE kits, hundreds of gallons of sanitizer, and much more.
