Dear Parents and Children,

As you might know, for the last 10 years, we have been blessed to volunteer for Shrimad Rajchandra Love and Care USA (SRLC USA), a 501(c) (3) nonprofit dedicated to enhancing the lives of the underprivileged across the world.

In response to the COVID-19 crisis, over the past several weeks, Princeton Center of SRLC USA, has initiated various relief activities to help our local communities. It has collaborated with local food banks (RISE & SHIP) and HomeFront to provide nearly 800 meals, approximately 500 lbs of non-perishable food items, fresh fruits, shelf stable milk and infant formula to families impacted by COVID-19 pandemic; it has also taken steps to help provide PPE to healthcare workers.

As many of our local communities begin to reopen however, COVID-19 continues to affect millions of individuals in India, which has yet to reach its peak. Consequently, while continuing to provide local care as needed, we are also beginning to help and support communities in India.

SRLC volunteers are working around the clock at a global scale to help those who have been affected. From families who can't obtain food, to PPEs for frontliners, SRLC's reach aims to not leave a single voice unheard.

SRLC has launched a wide range of initiatives globally. Here’s just a few of them:
Food Supplies: Providing food to families of daily wage workers, who have no other means to provide for their families
Frontliner Support: Preparation and distribution of meals and essentials to doctors, nurses, and healthcare staff
Self-sustainability: Providing occupational means to daily wagers to continue to be self-sufficient
Supplies/Equipment: Supporting hospitals with beds, ventilators, disposables gowns and masks, and other essential medical equipment
Help to Migrant Population: Providing cooked meals and snacks to migrant workers who are going back to their villages and have no food to eat

A humanitarian effort of such a scale requires philanthropic support. Today, we are reaching out to you for your help. We genuinely mean it when we say that every single dollar you donate will make a huge difference. We've personally had the privilege of witnessing the organization's work in both the United States and India firsthand and at the local level, and it has left us inspired every time.
