Shrimad Rajchandra Mission Dharampur was invited to be part of a high level cluster meeting organised by UN Environment Programme in Asia Pacific UN Environment Programme United Religions Initiative Religion World at the UN House, New Delhi, for faith based organisations to discuss environmental issues synergising with UNEP’s Faith4Earth programme.
Raman Tikka, Trustee of the Mission, and Alpa Gandhi represented the Mission at the meeting. They showcased the various environmental initiatives woven across the Mission and the CultureofCompassion inculcated in people around the world by Pujya Gurudevshri.
The meeting was hosted by Ms. Divya Datt, Program Coordinator, Ms. Gayatri Raghwa, UNEP Education Consultant, Ms. Subhi Dhupar, Regional Coordinator for URI Asia and Mr. Bhavya Srivastava, Founding Member, International Association of Religion Journalists.
