In a meaningful step towards future-ready education, Shrimad Rajchandra Vidyapeeth and Shrimad Rajchandra Gurukul organised two enriching initiatives that strengthened both student learning and educator capabilities.
Exploring the World of STEM
STEM – an integrated approach to Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics – encourages inquiry-based learning and real-world problem solving. A STEM workshop was conducted for over 150 students of grades 9 and 10 at Shrimad Rajchandra Gurukul by students of globally renowned institutions such as University of Oxford and University of Cambridge.
Students explored how scientific principles, technological tools, engineering design, and mathematical reasoning work together to address real-life challenges in areas of chemical reactions, sound and even rockets. Through interactive discussions and practical demonstrations, students discovered how STEM thinking fosters creativity, analytical ability, teamwork, and innovation.
Embracing Artificial Intelligence
A full-day Artificial Intelligence (AI) training session was conducted at Shrimad Rajchandra Vidyapeeth for over 100 Sevarpits. In education, AI tools can simplify research, assist in content creation, enhance lesson planning, and encourage innovative teaching practices. The session introduced faculty members to practical AI applications such as Gemini, Gamma, Grok, Emergent, MindMap AI, Brisk etc that can enhance productivity and creativity in their daily work. These applications can be used effectively to create presentations; designing worksheets; plan activities, campaigns and learning sessions; building websites and app layouts; and preparing communication materials. By demystifying AI and presenting it as a supportive tool rather than a complex concept, the training empowered educators to integrate technology thoughtfully and responsibly.
Together, these initiatives reflect a unified vision – preparing students and educators alike to thrive in an evolving world. By blending strong STEM foundations with emerging AI capabilities, the institutions continue to nurture informed, confident, and value-driven individuals.
