Animal neurology is rarely spoken about. A national-level workshop trained veterinarians at the most advanced clinical level.
Shrimad Rajchandra Love and Care, in collaboration with Kamdhenu University, Gujarat and with academic partnership from the University of Glasgow, United Kingdom, hosted an advanced small animal neurology workshop aimed at strengthening specialised veterinary skills.
The three-day programme, extended with a second batch due to high demand, brought together over 50 veterinarians from more than a dozen states across India. Participants engaged in structured lectures, hands-on training, and case-based discussions covering neurolocalisation, advanced diagnostics using imaging and pathology, cerebrospinal fluid analysis, and spinal surgery techniques using cadaver specimens.
The workshop addressed a critical gap in advanced veterinary neurology training in India, equipping practitioners with practical, application-oriented expertise.
