The Shrimad Rajchandra Love and Care Guwahati Centre carried out heartfelt animal care initiatives, reflecting compassion towards voiceless beings and fostering a spirit of kindness within the community.
As part of these efforts, volunteers organised dog food distribution drives in collaboration with Save the Animals, Bhetapara, providing nutritious meals to stray and shelter dogs. Volunteers actively engaged in feeding and also spread awareness about animal care, creating moments of joy and comfort, evident in their wagging of tails.
On the auspicious occasion of Janmashtami, the team extended their care to cows by visiting a local gaushala and offering 75 kgs of nutritious cattle feed. This thoughtful gesture not only supported the well-being of the animals but also reinforced the cultural value of compassion and service towards all living beings.
Through these initiatives, the Centre has been nurturing empathy, encouraging communities to care for and coexist harmoniously with animals.
