Under the Consolidated Community Development initiative, a series of impactful two-day capacity-building workshops unfolded, targeting village leaders and youth for a deeper understanding of their role in comprehensive village development.
Hosted at the Shrimad Rajchandra Hospital and Research Centre’s training room, the training sessions for leaders and elected representatives were complemented by the inclusion of ASHA workers on the second day, focusing on advancing health goals for the village.
Elected heads, or ‘sarpanches’ actively engaged in the training, displaying a keen interest in enhancing their leadership skills. Simultaneously, youth-oriented sessions at Shrimad Rajchandra Gurukul aimed to empower young minds for personal growth and positive contributions to community development.
Facilitated by Kiritbhai Parmar, a senior capacity-building professional from the non-profit organisation, Unnati, these workshops touched the lives of over 120 locals!
