In an effort to extend care and compassion to all life forms including the flora and fauna of the ecosystem, volunteers across the globe have been involved in various community welfare and cleaning initiatives.
Volunteers of Toronto initiated a cleanliness drive at the Lakefront Promenade Park in Mississauga, where they got together to clear the litter damaging the park’s ecosystem.
In San Diego, volunteers participated in the Adopt-a-highway program and served San Diego and Imperial County by cleaning the street Route 56 – Carmel Country Road Ramp.
In Singapore, volunteers came together for a beach clean up at the East Coast Park. Most of the litter consists of cigarette butts, plastic bottles and small styrofoam pieces, all of which are very harmful to the fragile ecosystems of the beach and its surroundings.
With such initiatives, Shrimad Rajchandra Love and Care continues to care for and safeguard the natural ecosystem.
