Sujata Bhosle - a beneficiary of vocational training programme shares her success story

Ever since I came to Mumbai from my village, I have been trying to get a job in a beauty parlour, or even find someone to teach me the basics of beauty and makeup. For two years, I had no success – no one was willing to employ me since I had no previous training or work experience. By chance,I came to know of this beauty course being organised by Shrimad Rajchandra Love and Care, and I immediately signed up.

The teachers here taught me so well and invested so much time in our growth.I began wondering that if I had found them two years ago, how different my life would have been today! Through hands-on training, we got a good understanding of modules such as threading, eyebrows, bleach, facial etc. Before this course, I never knew that so many face creams even existed!

I am very happy to share that I recently started my small business of doing makeup – and received my first ever order! I would like to thank Shrimad Rajchandra Love and Care for this wonderful course which has changed my life. It has given me the confidence to work harder and achieve something more.”

Sujata Bhosle, a resident of Mumbai, shares her heartfelt experience. Sujata took part in a Beauty and Makeup training course organised by Shrimad Rajchandra Love and Care for women from low income backgrounds. Through the course, participants were trained by a professional beautician, and received extensive notes and manuals for future reference. These vocational sessions, organised under the Humanitarian Care programme, have been playing an important role in helping women from low income groups become self-reliant and financially independent.
