Volunteers of Toronto centre visited Peel Manor Nursing Home, one of the oldest long-term care homes. The home has played a significant role in providing care and support to residents along with promoting dignity, independence, quality of life and community connections in a warm and enriched environment for more than 100 years. The volunteers brought smiles on their faces through a game of bingo. It was a stoic moment for volunteers to witness the pain and sorrow of people with special needs and reinforced their belief of serving such lives selflessly.
